The Personal Portraits of Activism photo project has won a new award from the National Endowment for the Arts. The project, which documents the stories of activists from around the world, was launched in 2016 by photographer Bradley Schroeder. The project has been featured in a number of publications and has won several awards, including the 2018 World Press Photo Award for People in the News. Bradley's work on the project has also been recognized with a nomination for the 2018 ICP Infinity Award commercial real estate Honolulu for Documentary Photography.
